The pipe or hanger is depressing the brake pedal, and rubbed/ burned the brake light wire.

I have had your .42mkg/mm fork springs, 11.6 kg/mm shock spring, vortex 43 tooth sprocket and dial plate for sometime now.
You still want em ?

Email or call Brock ASAP ... He will take care of you don't worry ....Mine caused the switch to get kind of bind in it but it worked fine .. I had to reset the brake arm Adjustment so not to hit the pipe ...No problems after that ...Smokin ..

Simply do what I did, unplug the rear brake switch. You don't need it anyways. You'll still have to reset your rear brake lever so it doesn't hit.
