Stock rods will work on this kit because they have moved the pin up. It gets into the oil ring land and I suspect they use a "total seal" ring in that land to assure proper seal.
Been running pistons all year with this type of set up with no issues.

from what i've seen. turbos are hardly the bolt-on and go ride system that they are made out to be.
without a doubt they do make a bunch of horsepower. but being fast and consistent requires more that just horsepower.
but it all depends on what you want.
if you wanna make big power claims and do big wheelies get a turbo
if you wanna go fast and consistent without spending 1000s on related turbo extras
get a kit!
in the end, either way you're gonna spend a lot of money!!! goin fast on the cheap always ends up expensive!

If it were me ( cheap ass ) I would just do the stroker without the over bore... They can make that same piston with the pin moved up for the stroke and keep it STD size ....The kit then would be a true drop in and go kit .....HP will be down a bit BUT the torq would be off the hook ....Think of the look on a guy face with a 08 busa when you do a low RPM roll on with him ....lol....

Standard bore NOS pistons are already done and have been in use all this year that work with a 4mm stroker. Very nice long smooth torque curve like smokin said.

Dave at Muzzys says pump gas no prob, crank is a weld-up, and they got several kits on the road with no probs....
Of the two very well respected shops I spoke to (don't ask, I'm not telling) about possibly installing this kit, one said they don't recommend that crank and the other said that bearing failures are sure to follow this set-up.
I'm no bike engine builder, but when guys who build 100+ race engines a year talk, I listen.

That's good news!
What about spray, will they hold up?
