Huh? Two Questions
2 questions
1. Does anyone know if the oil plug was relocated?
2. Was browsing on ebay and seen a TRE for flies removed. Supposed to have an effect on ignition timing in 1-4. Does anyone have any info or testing for results on this?
I'm not asking for any hazing.......just know that the original TRE was to open flies which we all just removed but this one is like I said to change timing in gears 1-4. Just relaying info and asking a question.

I do not know if the oil plug was moved...
The TRE has been discussed awhile back... and yes we have heard of this model... If you do a search you should be able to find it. One rider said that he felt the bike was more responsive... and had no decel 'pop'. He was quite happy. I am not sure of anyone else that had one that added any further information.
I personally took out the flies and put on a MUZZY system and had it mapped and don't experience much popping on decel... and my gear indicator and nuetral indicator work well. I believe the one you read about is supposed to offer the correct gear indication but I am not sure.
I belive that Ivan's offers two models... the latter one I believe is an 008 number. I also belive that there is another maker out there that offers gear and nuetral indicators as well. I am not sure.
No Hazing or flaming here... do what you want.. it is your bike and your money.

Based off of the recent 08 zx14 photos, the oil plug is still in the same horrible place. It is very easy to remove and have the plug relocated. Cost me only $60.
