Between 4,000 and 4,500
I believe my best 60fts and 330ft are achieved when I leave at 4,500.
My numbers are usually in the area of (1.54-1.56) and (4.03-4.07)
that as long as the clutch hand is doing what it is suppose to.
Understand my numbers are slow compared to the experienced racers here,
and those whose bikes are set up with longer than stock wheelbase.

Not sure about the nitrous info your seeking. I'll let others comment.

BTW, welcome to the site.

There is a guy @ our track running that kit, he ran some consistant 9.20s @ 155 last Wed.night

I've seen him run as low as 9.05, I'm pretty sure he is only running a 30 shot.

Hope that helps answer your question

Oh ,and I leave @ 5500 64"wb best 60ft. 1.48 all motor, and I weigh 230 in shorts.

4500 rpm = 1.49-1.53 60' times, and 3.95-3.99 330' times for me @ stock wheelbase.

I have the Muzzzys kit and have been very happy with it. I have it running through a WOT switch and a 2 knob controller and have had no problems with it. I leave at a little higher RPM than the other guys (5200-5500), but I am also 64" wheelbase, 1.43 is my best 60'. Don't quote me on this but I believe the 50hp jet ended up making 46hp at the rear wheel. That was on Ryan's dyno. I have been 8.78 @161 at Indy Prostar and as fast as 164 at my local track but only ran an 8.82 on that pass.

I feather the hell out of my clutch while adjusting the throttle accordingly. I bought the bike intending on drag racing, but have more fun on the twisties and woop-di-doos. The above photo are practice launches I did about 6 months ago. I was so naive about warming the tire that I just smoked it. These were done un-consecutively until I think I got it right on the tire mark second from the right. I am in Temple TX and the local track is about 25 miles away. The ZX14's I have seen run out there are weak on the launch and NO WOT shifts. I grew up on dirt, am ~ 50 years old, and had a spotless driving record until I bought this beast. Temple MC cops let me make it the one time I mistakenly raised the front wheel in front of them.

Sssscot- We must meet up @ Little River sometime,
traction there is suspect most days, but still a fun place to play.

Do you ever come down to San Antonio? We have a bike nite coming up Oct.12th.

If nothing else let's hit the Hill Country one Sunday.

Yall talk about launching at 4000 or 4500, but do yo go full throttle once you start rolling? I have never been full throttle in first yet, even when stretched. At what point do you go full twist?

Halvefast, the ride from Killeen to Inks Lake via Okalla is excillerating. I ride with mostly youngsters. They are used to this shit. There are hills you land 1/4 the way down on the other side @ 120mph. The friend that introduced me to this ride was on a cbr929 and now on a 1000RR.
