I have had one of these for quite a while. Super tiny, angled and bluish /white in color.
I can't get the link to work as they have some crazy/flash/google navigation.
Google Mototeck when you get to the site scroll down to LED. Click on the picture and in the options choose license plate LED.

What i did was buy 3 little Optix LED's and mounted them in front of the plate. Works pretty good.

3 1/4" LED's from AutoZone. You can make them out in this pic.
