Come to think of it, let me word my post properly.....LOL!!

Interesting that the stock graph shows RICH up top....yet all the maps I've seen take away fuel up top.

My point being, has Kawi PURPOSELY made it rich up top due to the ram air? Yet all the dyno maps take away fuel up top....

So why are dyno maps removing fuel?

Do we lean it out on the dyno to have a better street bike in the lower gears at WOT at lower speeds where ram air is not too important?

In a carb, if you add full exhaust for example, you will draw more air through the carbs, pulling only a little more fuel so you need a larger main jet to accomodate the extra air.

So why are we leaning the EFI bike out?

Sorry, with a lot on my mind, it's hard to think bikes!

Because if you use the auto tune function on the dyno or tune for peak power, you end leaning the bike out. It will make more power on the dyno leaned out, but wont neccessarily run better on the street where you have ram air factored in.
