tire presure
what would be the best tire presure to have for top speed?? now drive with 17/40 sprockets, and 42 psi on the rear tire. someone told me that i would have wheel spin with that kind of pressure nearby top speed............!!

I ran 40psi at the texas mile with a shinko 180/55x17
and had some wheel spin you could see the tire furring up in the center
also I am no lightweight 230 before gear, should be plenty of down force

I was running around 38 psi.
Realised after 120 mile ride sustaining over 150 mph that the tire was indeed spinning.
The center was fucked in that 120 miles!

I use standard pressure for top speed runs, there is huge loading on the tire at 200mph and I think that correct pressure is required for safety.
