I think this is a very important time for the zx14 This will set the bar for how long of a shelf life these bikes will have, do we really want them on the same level as the 600's and literbikes where there are new designs every two years I myself would like to see redesigns every 4 years

they need to fix the 4-screw thingie on the seat quick!
and of course more HP, traction control, slipper clutch, and less weight would be nice too

They need to update alot of things on the 14...
Dual flies suck, bottom half of rpm power too soft...
Needs a better head, like the 12!!!
Fuel pump and swingarm touch when slammed...
Shifting is a little hard...
Reconfigure the seat, better design for DragRacing...
Tach needs to be in dead center, digital speedo...
Fan needs to stay on as it did on the 12...
Riders seat possition closer to bars...
Derake the front forks...
Smaller front fender for better cooling and more clearence between fender and headlight assembly for DragRacing...
5 more HorsePower...
More room in the tail, without giving up clearence...

One more thing I forgot that Kawasaki really needs to fix...
Move the kick stand spring behind the kickstand, I keep getting my boot caught on the spring tab causing me to misshift while footshifting 
Also while your at it check into a redesign because when you lower the bike for DragRacing, cutting the kickstand down and rewelding the bottom of the stand that to gets in the way of footshifting causing misshifts!!!

Not too much Smokin, just some of the little things that make a difference!!!...It wouldn't cost Kawasaki much to make the changes I asked for...
One thing it will do though is make the 14 that much more appealing and more competitive against the Busa!!!
