28,077 miles and all's good.
I did need the valves adjusted at 15K
Chain Good all 28K on her on WD40
Brake and Clutch fluid needed to be changed (bled) every 4 months.
Fork oil change at 18K
Air filter at 15 K
coolant at 15 K
Engine oil every 5 K
Brake Pads at 18K
I think that covers it.

Ninja 1 700 miles. R.I.P.

Ninja 2 the Sequel 1,300 miles.

Been a lousy summer for me. Two hospital stays for kidney stone removal and super busy 12 hr days and Saturdays at work.

3955 miles so far on my pristine Red 06. Not a scratch. Still has original tires! All stock except for... Heli bars, Buell pegs, Muzzy fender eliminator, Pro grip tank protector. An early pic before the pegs and fender eliminator.

What do the Buell pegs do? I would like to find some rearsets that put my feet farther back. Doesn't need to go higher or lower...just back.

Nice pic. Here's mine. I think a 14 with brown vs silver wheels is analogous of an athlete wearing black vs white shoes.

The Buells lower the pegs some... for comfort.
