Speedo healer or Yellow box?

Need one. I heard from one company the speedo healer is having so problems? I have had them before with no troubles. Any experiences?

Almost everyone here has used Speedo Healer with no problems.

speedohealer... plug n play with harness adapter.
speedohealer removes speed limiter even with stock gearing corrected or not..
not sure about the yellow box.
both will mess with the gear indicator if you go way out on correction for big gearing changes though.

Speedohealer is easier to connect.
Yellow box will accomplish the same thing.

Someone tell me how to derestrict with stock gearing and corrected speedometer. Maybe I misunderstood what you said, but I don't think it's possible. The only way I know to derestrict is to set the speedohealer to read slow.

You don't have to go way out on correction for the speedohealer to mess with the gear indicator. I have factory gearing, and speedohealer set at 7.5% and my indicator isn't right.

it should automatically indicate 5th gear instead of 6th to the ecm when approaching 186 mph, and allow it to rev out in 6th gear no?
Mine is adjusted for 16 tooth sproket.

Mine shows the correct gear all the time even after being adjusted for a 16T countershaft sprocket.

I'd like to know the difference between yours and mine. Mine has never acted right since I put the speedohealer on. I can pull the clutch in and the gear indicator will read correctly.

I don't think the ecu will ignore the speed restriction when it sees 5th gear. I believe it's only based on speed, not gear position.
