Stock WB vs. Extended

I am about to extend my 14, my question is how much difference is it gonna be launching it, compared to stock wheelbase. I am guessin i should be able to launch at a higher rpm and release the clutch alot faster, but just wanted some experienced racers to comment. Thanks.

A lot !!!! Good rider on stock wheel base can muster some 1.50s 60 footers ...Put the bike to 62 inches and it's possible with a good rider to go 1.30s 60 footers ....Now lets do some math >>> For every 10th you knock off your 60 foot time you will double that time in the 1/4 mile ... Lets say you ran a 9.20 with a 1.50 60 foot time .....If you ran a 1.40 60 foot time on that same run you would have run a 9.00 1/4 mile.... 60 foot and 330 times are the most important to making good ETs ...
