60' times stock wheelbase

what's everyones best 60' with stock wheelbase? I'm lowered & strapped, & 16t sprocket. I'm 290 in leathers. I had a best of 1.68 last night. Thanks.

I'm 245 in leathers, at stk length my best were 1.66

But I'm going back to stk length soon, and expect the short times
to drop from what I learned with the extensions installed.

It taught me how to launch the bike and took the fear of looping it away.
When I first tried to leave @ 63" the same way as before, there was no improvement at all.
So I had to learn to whack it open and leave with the clutch not throttle.

Go to Brocks website, watch him run 9.20 @ stk wb, it is in the multi-media library.

My 1.68 was a good launch, but I was fighting a wheelie so bad. I had to let off alot. Still that run was my best et at 10.27. My plan was to do all the power mods and stay at stock wb. It would be easier to just get the extensions, but I want to see what a fat guy can do stock wheelbase.

i went to a new track tonight. My first pass out I busted out a 1.58. Unfortunately, I let off early because I didn't know where the traps were and ran a 10.44 @ 100. I'm an idiot. I couldn't repeat it and stayed around 1.65-1.67. Oh yeah, on the 1.58 I forgot to tighten the strap, go figure! New best of 10.19, I want a 9 so bad.

60' - 1.5853

330 - 4.3961

1/8 - 6.5900

1/4 - 10.466 @ 103

it didn't wheelie bad at all, no worse than usual, maybe better. I may have to try just strapping it down a little. I may be on to something.

A 1.51 60', 3.99 330', 5.98 @ 122 mph 1/8 and 9.18 @ 151 mph 1/4 in hot and humid Valdosta yesterday. Stock wheelbase, Brock Smeg, Brock track map, flies out, -1 +2, lowed, VP gas, footshifting, and still running thick factory oil. I leave at 4500 and get off the clutch and full throtle about 40' out the hole. The 1.51 60' was a one time thing but I can get 1.53 - 1.55 60's all day long. Can't wait to get an airshifter, go to synthetic oil, and cool weather to see what this bike can really do. 8's on stock wheelbase is a real possibility.

i still have flies in. does taking them out make it hard to launch. I've been thinking about taking them out buy I'm afraid it will wheelie more. Also, did you pick up et when you took them out. Thanks.

With the flies in I got a 1.53 60' the first time I ran the bike so I'm not sure if it really makes a difference in your 60' times, I just had to launch at a higher rpm (5500) with them in. I think the reason I got down to 1.51 60's had more to do with going -1 +2 on the gearing. Don't know how much the flies helped on ET because I changed multiple things when I took them out.
