New thingy
Got a call from the dealer today. They got something they want me to test tomorrow. It fits on the gps wire I think. According to the guy selling it, it makes the bike think it's in third gear all the way. They say it is about 3 horses at top of rev range more and about 3 or 4 nm torque more??? He also said the response is great, by that I mean the throttle response. What is this and have any of you heard of a simular product. O and for the pink crowd, I'm not selling anything OK. Will I be able to feel the difference?

You man, like you.  Last time I was flamed for trying to sell something. Anyway it was a joke. Steve cool down man, nothing serious. You were the only one falling for it!! Back to the thingy. It was a tre from Ivan. Now I feel stupid for doing the thread before I looked at the thing. They say it was new, but only here in SA. Took them a long time to catch up. Anyway I told the importer I was not interested and that it's not as good as he thought. He was a bit down after the reality check.
He is obviously not informed, and he does not follow this forum
