I DID A FEW UPGRADES THAT MAY BE OF INTEREST?
Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I'm still the newest member but I've at least been actively making some changes to the ZX. Donny from Dynoworks, Inc. in Sarasota removed the flies, added a PC 111 and a PC Quickshifter. He did a custom map and just for your information with the Two Brothers exhaust my bike was on the rich side of air/fuel which Donny advises he has seen before on the ZX's. Just like Brock's testing I picked up over 20 lbs of torque at 3,000 rpm. I thought it was fast before but !!!! I just got if back yesterday and I'm heading out for more launch practice. The quickshifter works beautifully. Also, I finally received some white frame sliders that I ordered 7 weeks ago, not a great match but I guess I'll leave them for now.
Ride safe everyone! Quaker State tonight if the weather holds!

Glad you got it set up Tom. You missed some cool breeze last week but being dry is important. If the weather holds out I will be there. Damn its hot today.
How about those power wheelies you must be doing with all that newfound power?

Yes pics please! And welcome to the board! How much did it cost you to have someone else do that stuff for you, if you do not mind me asking?

Which QShifter set-up do you have? the H-Bar button? or the lever actuated?

Yes, I did get wet last night! Now on to the questions! Donny at Dynoworks can answer all your questions, call him at 941-366-2929. He charges $60 per hour labor and took my flies out in 45 minutes and installed the quickshifter in an hour. He's very professional, clean shop, track races using the quickshifters, and has the parts there to explain how they work. Tell him Tom from Riverview told you to call.
The quickshifter allows full throttle (above 5,000 rpms on mine) shifts without the clutch , just click your shifter and go.
This PC is to old and I can't load pictures but the Power Commander and 58Bike sites have them pictured. Ride safe!
