dyna shift light

smokin i was wondering , you said a buddy of yours had to hook up his shift light to two coils. i can get the light to work good when i hook it up to two coils , but the bike starts running bad. could you tell me exactly how he did it. i used two of the coil wire harnesses from schnitz. did he do the say or did he splice into the coil wires? and which two did he use , i used the two on the leftside of the bike.

Here is the Problem They keep sending out the wrong units ...Jesse ordered a dyna from schinitz for a zx14 and what he got was one for a 2 cly bike and not for the zx14 ...The right one for the zx14 only uses one coil wire ...The one Jesse got needed to be hooked up to two coil wires ...On Jessy bike i used the coil on the far right and the coil on the far left ....It works great now... I would have to look at Jesse bike to make sure but on the left side i used the red with white tracer and on the other side i use the white with red tracer ...You just tie them together and hook them to the green wire on the dyna unit.. Smokin..
