deepest sound from a full system???

I love my D&D slip ons but am considering a full system for the power gains. my D&D's sound really deep and stay that way. they never get a scream or wail to them. just deep and loud. since I don't see many 14's around here, can some of you members who have heard several different full systems on the 14 give me your opinions on the deepest sounding exhaust? I don't mind loud but it has to stay deep, no high pitched scream at redline.

I am considering the brocks gen 3, micron serpent, tsukigi or yosh. I really don't like the look of brock's street meg. I prefer the more traditional big can look over the 70's meg look. but might consider it if it really sounds as awesome as some have said. I also don't care much for the muzzy tone. all opinions are appreciated,

I know the Brocks Gen 3 is not as loud as the Muzzy style oval can, I like the sound of my SMEG but I agree the styling is a little dated I havnt heard a Tsukigi and the Yoshi just doesnt perform as well as I think it should and it sounds strikingly similar to the Muzzy pipe which you said you didnt like, what do you think of the Muzzy M-10 it is a GP style not really a megaphone and I have heard itsounds MEAN!!

Nothing sounds like a megaphone.
My buddies call it the horn, and it drowns out everything else... LOL
WHAT? I CAN"T HEAR YOU!
No its actually quiet idling, infact at 1000 rpm it is very quiet, but the music is completely relevant to position of the loud handle LOL

Went from the D&DS to the SMEG. Both sounded great. I think anything would sound good on this bike. The SMEG made such a performance difference on mine, that my Busa Bud changed his dual HMFs for the HMF Big Bird. I still pull him. As good as the D&Ds sounded, the SMEG is way out front. We both lked the look of the duals, but would not go back.....TB

+1
can't get any better than that. i had muzzy in past, d&d, yoshi, etc...
nothing sounds as sweet as brocks mega.
everytime i ride around people slow down or speed up in their cars to see what the hell is that?
the best solution to how good it sounds is to have a friend ride it and you listen to it as passing by, makes a big difference in sound

I guess my D&D's are on to the next owner huh? Lol!

I really haven't heard any full systems on the 14 that didn't sound good. I almost didn't sell the D&D's to you because I didn't want to loose the awesome low tone. That being said, once I got the Brocks Gen3 installed, I have never regretted switching. It's almost as low, and not as loud as a lot of the others out there, especially the Smeg. Imo, you can't go wrong with the Gen3. Sorry, I'm not selling this one. Lol!

The more I hear about the s-maeg makes me more and more anxious to get it. I'd say in another week or two, I'll be placing my order with brock!

The Gen 3 has a nice deep tone to it and is very well made.

Xtreme.....they're not going anywhere just yet. but, I am really leaning toward a gen 3 system. I'm going to pull the flies and have a custom map done. so, I might as well have a full system on the bike when I do it. is the gen 3 louder than the D&D's??? and is the performance difference that noticeable???

if sound is one's priority, should've bought a 600. My track bike at 15K sounds better than my deep 14 any day.

that's your opinion.....they say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. if that is true, then the beauty of sound is in the ear of the beholder. I don't like the high pitched wail of anorexic 600cc bikes. I prefer the deep rumble of large bore, real man's STREET bikes. much like the way I prefer the sound of a 502 big block chevy through borlas over the sound of a honda civic with a fart can. since the hp made by all of the good systems is within 2-3 of each other. I would prefer to get the one that has the best(deepest is best to me) sound.

I like the sound of my Tsukigi compared to the Yosh & Muzzys I've heard. BUT I've havent listened to someone else ride my bike. Thata aint gonna happen any time soon.
Comparing the sound of various systems is kinda a mute point.
Go with what you want, can afford or suits your needs.
Me I gotta roll (in 4th near idle).7 mi. on my lake front road to be cool to my neighbors when I come home in the early am from work.
The rest of the time I let er rip.

If the Gen3 is any louder, it's not much. Significant power gain too. If your happy with the D&D's, I think you'll love the Gen3.

There are many bikes in my town, but I am the only 14, my bike is known for its sound, I have a Muzzy 4-2-1 stainless and I have been very happy. Cruzin in trafic about 4k rpm it just ecos off the cars very deep. No one ever changes lanes on me since. I have nothing to compare it to other than my bussa I had with yoshi's and they suck, I could not even tell the diference with them. Ohh well my 2cents

Its off topic but I'd love for you to post the dyno maps to back this statement up.
Stuff like this gets thrown out alot on forums.
It just might...,MIGHT quiet a few debates.
Would also sell more of Brocks stuff.., like he really needs the help.

Trust me I would love to but this was like almost a year ago and I have no idea where they are... We really have no need to start this debate up again we have pretty much resolved it on this forum. If you would like a second opinion ask Smokin the time difference he saw in his 1/4 ET with no changes but going from the Muzzy pipe to the Brock SMEG that will give you a better real world picture then me saying 8 or 9 hp more on the Brock pipe

all the pipes are good, i think brocks map support is the differentiating factor, you will never see a brock's owner complaining about a flat spot or down on hp, the brock products and support will put you and the bike way out front
