i like the threaded adjustable ones.
I can adjust so the bike handles corners decently with both ends lowered equally, then crank it down for drag racing, without having to remove bolts and suspend the bike.

I was down 1.25 in frt and -3 in rear for straightline dragracing... really hooks well and alot less wheelie .
I run -1.25 frt an -1.25 rear for street and corners.

-1.25 plus strapped and -3rear will pretty much level the bike at the strip, good for weight transfer, yet low cg helps prevent wheelies.

oh yeah, at -1.25 frt I had to remove the horn as the fender would ram it into the rad at full compression, now i run a big polished aluminum horn, where the right rear muffler used to be.

My buddies call it the ricola horn......yeah like an alp horn ya know?

You can buy the performance horn from Brock, tell him you want the ultra powerful one.

Brock calls them smeg for some reason..... LOL

DUBIOUS>> Thanks for the info- You've been real helpful, and yes, adjustable ones would be cool to have, I wasn't aware of that...... good tip on the horn too... Who needs a horn anyhow?!? What brand do you like? And how is the cornering on the 14 when lowered for dragging? Not too bad?
And nice to meet both you guys too, BTW...

I bought mine from schnitz racing. for the extra cash get threaded adjustable ones if you want to be serious at the track, and yet ride the street, so you can adjust em easily.
I think they are naardens.

yep, smeg is proactive .... ppl here ya coming.
meep beep stock horn is not loud enough, and who really has time to honk when your avoiding death.

the 14 suufers cornering clearance compared to the pure sportbikes like zx10, but will burn circles around v-maxes, or harleys, so depends how twisty you ride.

if you go too low the drain plug can catch obstacles on the road.... not good.
many have damaged... including me... the drain plug area, and some have torn the pan open...
when you look at it you'll see what we mean.

don't go more than 1.25" on front as the fender will slam the fairing when it bottoms.
