At the left side ram air tube where it bolts to the plenum. PC is mounted up front under the shield ahead of the cluster.

I grounded mine behind the water overflow also, I also made another wire from the negative side of the battery and ran it behind the water overflow to make sure that I will have a good ground. So far no problems.

Bingo...............
Extend your ground wire ( be sure to make proper terminations ) and ground it at the battery . No more problems.
I have seen so called "expert " driveability technicians using Fluke Digital Volt Ohm Meters, test lights, etc..............totaly stumped because they don't see what they think they should on the test equipment........all due to the fact of a faulty or intermitent ground. ( on the test equipment ) Hard to troubleshoot very low voltage sensors if you don't have a good ground............. ( or accurate test equipment )
