Can i live
Got a local guy that had challenged me to a friendly race for a 1000 dollars against his busa gut has since chicken out however he has an 05/06 1000 with an extended arm for the most part i can tell is stock lookining in which he is willig to give me the break/leave in a race for the same 1000 bucks. He is about 270lbs as well as i. I beat him before with another 05 1000 that was stock wheelbase. though he nudge me once with the other 1000 whan i gave hime the break but i blasted him head up. He is scare to run my zx12 in which he know it is full of goodies. what do you think i am sure he can not leave with me but he has a chance to get to WOT before i do with an extended arm should i gamble or should i just wiat and fight another day. My bike has a full muzzy pipe and the flies remove with 16/43 gearing slammed on the groound. Can i live. o yeah i am lowered int he front two inches and have a front strap to get even lower.

Well 1000s run much better than an old Busa for sure. If it was stock wheel base 1000 i would take that bet ... Just tell him you will run but it's stock wheel base for stock wheel base ...Or add some arm to yours .... I have no clue how well you ride , but i can tell you Tony Tooth at stock wheel base takes out Gixxers with long arms on the street and track with no problems ..One last thing you will never know if that gixxer motor has been worked, he could be setting you up big time ..But if he goes with stock wheel base i could careless what is done to his motor...Smokin..

Smokin i am not you or any of the other big name riders on the board howeevr i have seen a lot of 1.50, 1.53 60 footer on my stock wheel base 14. Howevr my best 1/8 mile has only been 6.46.I am a big gut and i just got word from a guy that this guy does not even own the bike(troll) he let the guy ride it because it was a wrecked bike put back together for him to sell and make a profit hince all the crome parts. I htink i iam going to give him a shout and see if i can set it up fo tthis weekend

1.50 to 1.53 is very very good for stock wheel base !!! Good luck and lets us all how it turns out ...Smokin...

thanks i was looking back at some slip from this past weekeknd and my worst 60 footer ws 1.54 i hope when its all said and done i dont stand the bike up and just get the hell on

thanks worm i was not an english major in college so my typing skills are far from pefect. but to update the post i called the guy lastnight and try to set the race up for tonight and he made a comment that since he seen me at 1100pm on sundaynight until 800 pm monday i had time to get a lot of work done to the bike. Bike shops are closeon mondays here and i do not have a factory prep team at my house. I called his bluff and now he is scared
