I can't believe people still consider 1/8th mile racing.

I'm going to have to start some 1/16th mile racing. *I'm such a smartass* :P

I love 1/8 tracks !!! Them 300 hp Busas don't run so well in the 1/8 mile, it sure pisses them off when a stock motored zx14 takes them out in the 1/8 mile....lol....

True, but damn it's over too quick! Too short. I've spectated a few of those and they're not that interesting. I love 1/4mile racing. Which btw, Angelle and Brown BOTH redlighted this Sunday! Pissed me off. I'm a GO ARMY team fan.

The nice thing about 1/8th mile is that you usually get more passes, and get to focus on the first 330'...which usually makes or breaks a drag race.

Nixter, you just posted the picture. Use the EMBEDDED code for it. It's the MIDDLE code under the video. Then just paste it here.

I can not beleive grown men think a Vrod is up there with your typical sport bike on the strip or sport bike on the track.

Oh by the way guys, my neighbor's daughter's VW can hang with your ZX14 on the strip and your 600RR on the track.

The V-Rod is a nice bike - but really only for cruising around town - not much else - in my humble "owner's" opinion. For trolling - I definitely like the ZX-14 better - hands down. And, I am partial to Harley's - I love them for what they are - and nothing more.

No Harleys are nice. They only sell because of the many decades of I'm a badass image that fucking tools buy into. When in reality you look like a gawddamn cheeseball. I'd take one, sure, if it's free, I'll sell it to some sucker and then buy a real bike. I'll take any cruiser over a Harley. Roadstar is my favorite. Anyways, anyone that says their nice cruiser bikes and they like them, just tells many that they're followers and want to try to look cool. In reality you're doing the opposite; it makes you look ignorant and cheesy. You also just lowered your public image to trailer trash. They're loud, heavy junk metal FART making machines.

And what is with the fag frays on the handlebars? I think of GAY PRIDE when I see a man with that shit. My little neice had the same shit on her little bike with training wheels, but she upgraded to the BASKET in the front. . If you know anything about what a "NICE" bike is, a smart intelligent person NEVER mentions a Harley; and I'm talking about anyone that is a cruiser rider. I've met many and they're cruiser riders that know good cruisers.

Harley? GOODGAWD! LOL :P

Well i don't hate Harleys and i'll tell you why....My dad was a Harley guy , back in 1936 my dad got a 1936 HD 61 CI overhead valve .That was the first year for that new motor and my dad got the first one shipped to Calif....Now when I turned 15 and wanted wheels of my own my dad said no damn car for you and he got me a motorcycle....I may have never got into racing bikes if it were not for my dad riding bikes before i was born ...He hill climbed and flat track raced in his youger days .He told me stories of him and his buddies standing on the seat at 70 MPH driving right by the cops so they would try to chase them..I can't hate something that my dad loved so much ..... Now you know why i'm crazy ...lol...

Sounds cool smoking.

But I honestly can hate something my dad loves so much. He loves Nascar and is a HUGE fan of it. Also loves choppers. Well, unfortunately, I hate them both! lol...sorry dad, and he knows it, cuz I tell him.

NinjaNick, Damn dude, I've NEVER heard it put quite like that before. But hell, I'll have to totally agree with you though. People just buy into the name and have been doing so for soooo many years, it's just damn ridiculous. All for the sake of saying " I own a Harley". A bunch of B.S. to me too!!! Well said Mr. Nick

...I don't get it...well, I actually do....but how can fans of sportbikes bash fans of HDs and vice versa?

...if sportbike riders call the HD-type riders sheep or tools for buying into the HD name and image of a "badass outlaw rider:, then would it not be the same for the shear number sportbike riders who buy into the name and image of a 'wannabe superbike racer' with their choice of sportbikes and colorful leathers and helmets?....what makes anyone think that one group is better than the other with their chosen motorcycle and chosen attire?...is the sheep calling the kettle black????

..my guess is that the cruiser folks think cruising at anything over 100mph on a cruiser is overkill on public roads and think sportbike riders on 150+mph sportbikes are idiots for doing so....and sportbike riders think cruisers slow heavy pieces of shit and are just rolling chicanes as they ride past and around them...

...I'm gonna state the obvious here: somma you guys are just being immature and stupid with your so-called motorcycle life-style opinion...we're ALL motorcyclists on different types of motorcycles, izall....and my secret guess is that the cruiser-dude already KNOWs that your superior higher horsepowered hyper-superbike will spank him on the straights and baits you to a roll-on race on the street already KNOWING what the outcome will be....so as you wheelie or gear-down and put your badass superbike ito hyper-drive and blast past him thinking, "What a fucking tool....", he'll just continue cruising along thinking, "What fucking tool..." as he checks and triple checks his badass reflection off of his super-deep chromed headlight housing or rear-view mirrors...

...now tell me if this isn't true?

...blah blah blah is right....you KNOW I called it right....how can one type of sheep bust other type of sheep for being sheep who happen to graze on different pastures?...this especially true for sheep who for all their efforts are basially the same species when their wool is removed...we're still sheep ...

...worm "confucius"~hole has spoken....let's take this to the smackhouse, shall we?

I have a ZX-12R, GSXR 1k, and VF1000R (from the eighties). We also have a modded Bandit 1200 and Superhawk in the garage.

And I like some of the V-Rod's and Buell's....

So sue me....lol
