AWESOME leathers, click "custom suits" and check 'em out- tailored for your body. not a bad price either.

http://www.syedleathers.com/

ping tonytooth and bigdtd- this company is in orlando and i plan on riding over. I'm going to check them out soon for my next track suit purchase. maybe you wanna' ride over too?

I like alpinestars and dainese suits, but as tall and skinny as i am they never fit perfect. either waste to big or sleeves/pants portion too short.

custom suit for a few extra ponies is the bomb

Don't know if you mean tall or the guy who ate all the pies but custom made seems to be the way to go.

I had mine done by Vanson. They came out to the dealer and took all the measurements.Seeing how you're in Texas,You could down load all the measurements needed and then go to a tailor shop and have them measure you.I paid $1400.

That Syed site looks great. Anyone know how the perforated suits are in the summer time though?

The perf suits compared to the non-perf suits in florida are PRICELESS. Except sitting still at red lights, and at the track when the flag is about to drop, the breeze flows

the reason I asked about how big you are is becuase I just bought a set of leathers from newenough.com(Hard to Fit section).... Joe rocket two peice. I'm 6'1" 275. They fit perfect. I paid $615 shipped...but I had them overnighted($) and I live in Texas(sales Tax).

That sounds about like my JR Alter Ego suit, but I can't imagine the leather breathes as well as the Alter Ego mesh. I'm even wearing it on the MX track but it hasn't gotten over 80F yet. I might just get the perforated Speedmaster pants so I don't look overdressed on one of my many trips to Blockbuster or Wal-Mart.

i never said leather breaths as good as mesh/textiles, I said perforated compared to non-perforate leather's difference is HUGE here in scorching FL

We can't wear mesh at the race tracks and such. And some of the "North Runs" on the street you'd much rather be in leathers too.
