Do you have the speed restrictor "fooled"?? I f so,By the tach reading around 11,000, & thats geared 1 up in rear. But note i noticed once you hit around 10,500 rpms (on tach), there would have to be ALOT of room needed since RPM's do not climb to fast past 10,500. You need to be mapped properly, & focus on good aerodynamics(tucked in,no loose gear, proper tire pressures, etc)

Peak power is around 10000rpm but your on-bike tacho, being optimistic, will probably be showing around 10500 by then. After that power drops away so the bike won't go much faster in 6th gear. ( 10000rpm in 6th is a true 189mph/304kph with 17/41 gearing, assuming Speedo Healer or similar is used )
I have hit the rev limiter in 3rd, 4th and 5th with the tacho showing around 11300 - 11500 but I believe the engine rev limiter operates at a true 10800rpm so I take this into account when working out gearing for maximum speed, rather than tacho readings.
