Poll Question:
Solo Seat Cover On or Off?

I have notice a lot of people without there solo seat cover on there bikes. It got me wondering if they prefer the look or is it off because they are riding with passengers.

Do you prefer the look of the bike more with it on or off?

I like them both but seems a but more convient with it off because someone is always asking to be a Co Pilot! Plus I can carry things without worrying about scratching my cover!

I like it on. It makes the bike look finished. I guess if I had a bunch of hot, chick friends that wanted to ride bitch then I would prefer it off... but unfortunately I am in a slump. And no sausage rides. Dudes walk.

Keep it on at all times. Bikes too low to be carrying any passengers. Plus it looks better.

My wife will only let me out with the cover on, she know's I'm a chick magnet. LOL.

Seriously, the bike does look better with the cover on and there's no risk of offending any would-be pillion passenger.

Have just had the GIVI side panniers and kit fitted.
Modding the kit lets me keep the seat cover.

I've never had mine off since I bought it back in november 06. Nobody has asked to ride on it yet. That will probably change this spring and summer.

Bike looks too much like a fat touring bike with the cover off. That big 'ol banana seat is a little silly looking if you aren't actually using it to carry something.

Had it off 1 time
From the dealer home and give my girl a ride around the block.

I lied..... one other time to cut the seat, but it didn't leave the garage without the cover.
