front end suspension

I have gone over the suspension compeletely. The rear got a new Racetech spring and I mounted it. It is very good.

The front is another issue. I put Racetech springs in the bike at the right rate. I have put in the right amount of oil, but I am not geting the right sag. I put in three washers to add a bit of pre-load. I know that I can pull the thing again and put in some more washers, but it frustrates me as this was not the easiest thing to do without a lift.

Any ideas?

Buy the way, if you are doing your springs and valves, get the compression tool for the forks, it is the only way to get the nut off the plunger.

yea i wanted to do the same thing eventually. I have seen to different compression tools. How did you change the rear spring? Did you use the shock spring compressor tool. Did you go with the same weight oil with the stiffer springs? With the sag, how many washers have you gone with so far?
