low speed is the flat screw inside the nut, and the nut is high speed.
relative to shock piston speed, or speed of shock compression, not vehicle velocity.
eg, rollers are low speed, expansion joints and pot holes would be high speed movements
screw adjuster way down by the dog bones is rebound.
Make small moves at a time, and only adjust one adjuster at a time, till you get the feel for how it affects the bike.
Best way is make 3 click move each time, ride it then adjust it.
Turn the adjuster alll the way in counting the turns or clicks... very important...
Then you know wher you started, next, set it back to stock.
Take notes on a pad of paper, so you know wher you started and where you are.
High speed adjustment s and slow speed adjusters affect each other somewhat , as the damping curves over lap.
Fine tune with single clicks or 1/2 turns to fine tune once you get the feel of each move.
Oh yeah, most times within 1 turn in or out from stock , to get high speed dialed.
It is very sensitive. I count flats of the nut for adjusting it, or 1/6 th turn !!
Takes alot of time. and patience... more time for moto cross than street and cct, and more for cct racing than drag racing...
Take notes and adjust only one adjuster at a time is the best advice I can give.

Photo shows the rear compression damping screw location viewed from the left side of the bike through the frame. It has no clicks and stock setting is 2.25 turns out from all in. Screw in for firmer out for softer.
