Joe Rocket Leather pants question???
I have a new pair that my wife bought me for Christmas and they strap tight down around the ankles which I don't like. Are they supposed to go inside my boots like that or what? Maybe I'll take them back if that is the case.

If you have the boots for that model pants, it'll be very obvious the boots strap around the pants, they won't work any other way.

they are designed to be worn with flip-flops, not boots.

They're probably sport/track pants, which are totally different than casual riding pants. Those can be worn with regular work boots, like a pair of jeans. Sounds like you may have the JR Bulldog sport pants, which are designed to be used with race boots. They end just above the ankles, so that the boots go up over them.

LOL. You guys are fun so I can take sarcasm. I am new to the game so that is why I asked not knowing that those pants are sport/track pants or whatever you call it. My plan is to get this b!tch to the track as much as possible this year but you have to have leathers and I had my wife buy me the pants and I'll get the jacket. I want the kind that fit outside the boots.

I was thinkin' they were like the Bulldogs I used to have. The fact that they went inside his boots led me to believe this. I really did'nt mean any sarcasm, lol. Track pants outside the boots?? Ahhhh... I was thinking track day, not draggin'.........

she bought he right ones! what tracks are you going to? We're going to Homestead here in FL on the 9th, then we're putting out bikes on Daytona the weekend before bike week starts.

My (limited) understanding is that dragracers wear pants outside the boot.
Sportbike track racers wear pants inside the boots.
What type of track are you going to?

I am only interested in DRAG racing only. I do like the pants that are outside the boots.
Imma check into a new pair of pants since I can take these back still.

I want to get couple pairs of draggin jeans so I'm protected on the tower half when doing normal rides. I got full leathers, but those are not for everyday riding IMO.
