ZZR1400 available in Europe ZX14 isn't. ZZR has imobilizer ZX14 doesn't ZZR has ABS ZX14 doesn't. Euro colors are different, thats just a couple I can think of off the top of my head..

The French version of the ZZR1400 is aloof compared to others on the road and doesn't perform well in a group ride. Oh yeah it also has a mysterious odor and if in a race, frequently stalls (almost like it doesn't want to even try).

The German one is superior on the road but never goes over the edge of it's capabilities. Basically the bike is what it is; kinda stoic with no personality. It is self-policing in that some how it does not exceed the posted speed limit and won't let you make illegal turns even when no one else is around.

The British version drinks more fuel than all the others for some reason. Often very loud and is the bike morstlikely to go out of control in a group and cause a multi-bike violent crash.

I thought I read somewhere that Kaw was making the ZX-14 a fifty state bike.

Is that incorrect?

If I were to guess, it probably has some restrictor plates stuck in the throttle bodies, like the 12R had..

I think the insurance companies talked them out of it so more bikes would get stolen and we could get ripped off even more by them for coverage.

The French 14 only has one gear. Reverse. Good for retreating.

100HP are you kidding me? That's what happens when you let Government run your life. Next they'll be insisting you wear a hot pink helmet for visibility. Can you imagine the riot here is they try to pas a 100HP limit law.
