Passport detector mount

Brock's steering damper is going to utilize the center steering stem where my current radar detector mount is located. Does anyone else have a pic of another solution and where to buy a new mount? Thanks......

Did you use the Tall mount or the regular?

Tall. Works fine with Heli Risers too... didn't have to adjust it down at all.

Wow @ that mount- Will that mount rotate or move into a position that will allow a cam to see the speedometer and out the front such as a tank mount?

I don't think a camera will work very well with the control mount. It's VERY close to the faring when you turn the handlebars - my V1 just clears by 1/4" or so.

I used this mount because I wanted my V1 to have an optically unobstructed view of the road ahead to pick up laser well (there's lots of laser around here). A camera might work here, but only if you don't have to turn much, plus, unless it's a very wide angle view, I don't think you'd see the higher 3-digit speeds.

The Techmounts are very slick items.

I've got one on my ZX-12R and R1. Well worth the $$.

Beats the stem mount anyday... steering damper or not.
