Pics of White without Flames

Here you go.
Much better. Now I just need some smaller pipes and to get rid og the rear fender.

BTW the only clear coated stickers are the words Kawasaki and special edition. Everything else was just stuck on and removed in half an hour with a Black and Decker heat gun.

Ya know I was just looking at the pics and wondering how white or black grills would look. I actually like the red; but not on the grills. If I want black I just need to order replacements as they come in black. White means finding a paint shop and I guess a decent job in matching white would be around $140.

Looking at that last pic, I think if the frame was red it would look real good.

Bike does look better without the flames. Good job and yes I too think black grills would be better than the red ones or perhaps just paint those.

So here's the rest of the story:
When shopping I did not want a blue one as I have a Lingenfelter Vette in Electronic Blue and that's about the lightest blue I like. The red was not really in the cards as I have had many red vehicles. This left the black one or a white one. Being here in N. VA it is hotter than hell in the summer and I have had a black bike; not much fun in traffic. This left the white. Initially I did not like it but then I found out the flames are only stick on. Then in a conversation at work a girl friend of mine told me chicks really like white bikes: done deal. This has since been proven by the honking of approval I got in the past two days by two women drivers. Really though I bought an 14 because I didn't want the same superbike as everyone else. Believe me the sales guy really tried hard to get me in one of the two Busas he had saying he was on his 4th and it was the "Standard". Anyway having a predominantly white bike is in the spirit doing something different.
I plan on to photoshop the grill in black then in white to make up my mind about the grill.
Lastly I know having a white car basically makes it invisible to cops; we'll see what it does for a bike.

I like it ...But it needs a little something to break up the white on the fronts sides...I can put my finger on it yet..... Maybe just a chrome ninja or Kawi emblems would do the trick?? I agree order some black grills and paint the wheels black or get them chromed.....Yup chromed thats the ticket.... Good thing about white is even if you forget to wash it you would never know ...

Black grills is the finishing touch

Leave rims red, or powder coat black

I like it

Try and see if the dealer will swap out a set of the silver 07 wheels for the red ones and get some of the black side grills. That would look nice. Here's mine. Just picture it with white plastic.

I took the liberty of photochopping this the way I would want the bike. I would want the wheels to be a dark silver and the fins on the foreman grill to be the same shade of silver.

And with the bottom of the bike picking up so much dirty, maybe a gradient white to dark gray or black on the bottom pieces. Something like this maybe?

I remember the old late 80s Honda Hurricane series that ran a white and silver/gray, really loved that paint scheme back then.

Now this is kinda interesting !

Perhaps a little more of a darker lower half 2 tone bike look and keeping the red wheels...
I hate too much of a single color unless the color is either black or silver.... Imho

Team Speed. Thanks and obviously you are the "Yoda" of PaintShop. Can you please post a pic with the wheels still red and the grill white?
