Don really cared about the Injured Riders Fund.
I'd like it to start with PK, since she thought of the idea. She and Fish could take the first leg, I could hook up with them and then take the next leg along with Don's daughters. I can ask his wife if she wants to ride along as well. Thinking May/June timeframe for the start. Also spoke with Dino, and he would be interested in doing a leg in OR, before passing it along. Anyone know of someone in southern OR that would be willing to take it and pass it along to our good brothers in CA?

And as a side note, Don loved Alaska. He worked there on construction of the Alaska Pipeline, and his father still lives there. If we have any AK riders, it would be great if you wanted to add to this.
wouldn't be complete without a leg down the west coast of FL across 41 then down to Key West. I'm in from Tampa to Conch Republic Key West (the southern most point)

I got dibbs on the Southern South Carolina leg. I don's care if I have to take it clear across Georgia to Florida! Or drive North to North Carolina!

tennessee here, but i can range pretty far. it won't be a zx12, but i don't think it matters so long as the flag makes its way where it needs to go

Just asking, what will happen for the members in the central states. Will the roads pass through some of them or just the outer states?

that's up to the members. if we have enough people to cover it zig zagging all thru the US, then it can go all thru the US.

...it will be nice to photodocument each hand-off with members/date/time/place and post it...I'd like to do some portion of between CentralCalifornia andSouthernCalifornia if time/schedule/vacation permits...
