front sprocket

Does anyone know if the ZX14 and ZX-12r have the same front sprocket? My wife ordered me a 16T sprocket from schnitzracing and the 16T say it is for a ZX-12r.

Yes it's the same as a zx12 ..... The rear sprocket of the zx12 will not fit the zx14...

Nightmare,

I am running 16/43. You and I have not met yet but I am sure we will, I am a friend of Cleans. He talks about you all the time.

16/43 is a blast, but gets a litle "buzzy" on long trips.......

Think I'm going back down to 16/41- and them my gear indicator will work right again :-)

Yes I have one......there are a couple threads that explain why it won't work properly. I get 1/2/3/3/4/5 instead of 1/2/3/4/5/6. If you set it for proper speedo reading then it may work, but I wanted my ODO to be correct - can't have both.

I am running 16/42 now after 16/43 was a little too short in 1st gear. I run a yellow box at 15% and 100mph read 100.3mph on the Sat Navigation...pretty close no probs with it..
