Best service
Last week I searched the internet for deals on Michelin Power Pilots and sent out several emails about pricing on tires for my ZX14 and my sons ZX10. The next morning I had one responce from Rick at Riderdirect.com. That was the only responce I received. I called him and he gave me the pricing. I waited for more responses but received none. I paid $6.00 more than the best advertised price I could find on the net because I am an old fan of customer service, something most of you younger guys will never know. Today My tires arrived even before the charge appeared on my VISA. I haven't been treated this good since my honeymoon if you know what I mean. We have five bikes and these guys have my business. I can't believe service like this still exist. All that for $6.00 over the best price I could find. I have never done business with them nor did I know anyone there before I called.
