You should call the shop and try to get what you want at the discounted price.
Wouldn't think it matters what brand of pipe ones has as long as he wants to purchase something from you.

I agree... a little vague on the problem. Call and ask for Jim or Brock. They are really easy to deal with and very helpfull. They helped my wife out with buying me a PC 3 and she had nothing but good things to say about them. All my experiance has been the same, good

I emailed them and they replied did you buy your exhaust here?? I honestly replied that I bought the bike with the exhaust on it. I was enquiring about the ceramic bearings. They had a package price of 360 dollars and they normaly retail for $400. If I had bought my pipe there ,the price would have been $360. Capeche??

I'm really have a difficult time understanding what your problem is. Brocks has the ZX-14 ceramic bearing kit on sale right now for $355.50, posed *right on their website*.
Capeche? What's your issue?

i don't think the sale needed prior purchase to be in effect, unless you got them off on that tangent

Wow. First, try to calm down, then go to their website and order the ceramic bearings for $355. You don't have to own their exhaust to purchase the bearings for $355... they are advertised at that price.

Hey guys, it's like this.
We have an EVERYDAY discount program for anyone who purchases one of our exhaust systems.----- Once you've bought one of our exhausts, you get a discount on ALL of the other products that we sell (with exception to items listed in the garage sale.)
We simply try to offer a discount to our exhaust system purchasers as a 'thank you'. That's why our sales associates ask if you've purchased an exhaust from us in the past. If so, they're looking to save you money.
If not, and totally seperate from that, we are having a 10% (or more) sale on all of the products that we sell . So if you have a Muzzy, Ti-Force, etc... and you want to buy a PC, ceramic bearings, or whatever, you still get the discounted price listed on our web site while the current December sale is still going on.
Sorry if there was any confusion. If you would like, call the office and ask to speak with Rhonda or any of our sales associaties, and they will be happy to help you with whatever you need.
