So one could dump the can & keep the cats staying legal?
I think that PCIV with VVT support will be ready at 2008 (autum 2007)
I think we europeans will get that bike sooner than yankees :-D
I finally start to save (after paying for the Xmas VISA bill in Jan 2007)
400-900 euros a month for upograde in year 2008 from Bandit 1200=> GTR-1400
I have to sell the bandit with luggage, chain auto-oiler, alarm system, power outlets
modified saddle, Laser Duo-Tech Street/Race can (slight mods to needles & mixture)
to centerstand lifting halndles (cosmetically on both sides = Harley foot-pegs as handles)
tiny resting pedals on the crash bars (note: crash bars= original Suzuki chrome)
and tank bra+bag and what ever else I have included
My wife spend 10000 euros on the bike and me 5000 euros on parts
We are lucky to get 10000 out of it
Then I have to put yet another 10000 to just get the Kwak (non-Ninja - even!)
PCIV + tuning + exthaus might cost another thousand
I may have to buy a slighly used GTR-1400 in mid-summer 2008
I wonder if I ever get one, but if I do, I will buy a GTR-1400 T-shirt!
:-D

Blame that on Fish Antlers. He loves to post stuff in multiple forums, whether it's on topic or not...

Yes, the power of watching your buddies get down on their knees at gas stops and lube their chains while you standby sipping a cold Gatorade watching them.

You would'nt want a shaftie on yer Ninja, but it's great on something like this.
Long ago, I was tearin' around on a 900 Eliminator shaftie. Never really bothered me, as it did'nt "jack up" that much on throttle. Just enough to leave nice darkies out of slow corners..
The GTR is so torquey, you won't notice a bit lmore drag. Riding as intended, of course.

*heehee* With the tetralink suspension, shouldn't have nearly as much shaft drive effect.
