Four of my Old Race cars
Here is a picture of my 23-T Altered, ran 4.70's in the 1/8 and 7.70's in the 1/4. And a picture of my Alcohol funny car, it ran 3.80's in the 1/8 and my best was a 5.99 in the 1/4 at 231mph. my dad and I built everthing on both cars except the chassis. I know it's not 14 related but just trying to see if I can post a picture.

Looks like the pic on Photobucket is screwed up. If you have a pic that is not screwed up, try replacing the Photobucket pic with that one.

Thanks Captain, it if would not have been for my old man none of it would have happened, We were building my first drag car when I was 15 hit the track right when I was 16 and ran 9.30's.

Stu64, I sold it to a guy that put it back on the street, he took off all the graphics and put a pretty mild big block in it. It was all steel except the hood and bumbers. had the full dash and gauges to.

I have never seen a car so hot that it melts the paper it was printed on.
What goes through your mind in those 5-6 secs down the track? I could imagine show and tell in school!!! All the kids bring pets or whatever and here you come warming up your tires in the staff parking lot!!!

Ya cool isn't the word IMO. Before he passed away we were talking about building something again he was getting the itch pretty bad. He was 68 and took his Z06 to the track the night before he passed away and ran 12.54. He could still drive. He got me into dragracing and bikes. Bought me my first street bike when I was 16. lots of memories for sure.
