white zx14 question
Was wondering if the white zx14 was painted in those flames? Or are they stickers you could take off? My lil bro is getting a new bike soon , but we hate the flames and red, on the white 14s? But All white might be ok. I sure dont want him 2 get the same color as me.

stopped by the dealer after work, they had a white one there. talked to eveyrone in the shop NOBODY likes it. the flames are decals and all white looks good, but suzi recently did it with their limited edition busa. kawi has green bodywork for sale- see if the dealer could swap it (doubtful) or cut you a deal at time of buying the 14. the only way for me to be satisfied would be zx10 green paint and powder coating everything black...

i just remembered that Will (service manager) told me someone will really like the white 14 and that if it didnt have flames it might stand a chance. funny reading this thread after criticizing it earlier, someone will think that white 14 is the best bike ever (which it is aside from the paint).

I actually don't mind the white ZX14 WITH the flames. I am in Iraq right now and will be buying a new ZX14 (to share garage space with my '03 1600 Classic (vulcan)) when I get back. Will be back sometime mid-2008. Who knows what colors will be available by then!

figures, coming from an apple user, you probably want it to match your ipod. black and/or green are the only reasonable color options- you being an army man should know that.

Black is pretty much the one color that I'm really against. (and, BTW, my iPod IS black) I'd choose the red, blue, or white over the black any day. Green would be nice, if available.
My Vulcan is red and my '00 ZRX was green...so I don't discriminate.
And, BTW, I'm NOT an "army man".

Even if peeling the stickers off is simple, the tone of red remaining on the grills and wheels is unattractive (IMHO).
What is Kawi thinking with this bike? What market segment is Kawi targeting with this whole sticker/flame thing!?

I got the 07 white one and believe me its smokin. Bottom line, you don't like it, don't buy it, but when the ladies say the white one looks better, try to afford it. LMAO

After seeing the white in person, I liked it. The deep burgundy wheels are sweet. But after seeing the 07' black with the silver rims I am hooked.

CS, please ellaborate on the 'Army' comment? WTF does being in the military have anything to do with the color of a 14... Should I paint my red 14 a nice camo pattern?
Olive drab? Woodland Green? Maybe A nice desert camoflage or the new 'digital' pattern?
Aren't you the fella with the Chameleon colored 12? That color would be MUCH better than white.

army comment, i researched who he was and i believe i read something about him being in iraq doing computers? black and green are my new favorite, i guess ive finally realized kawi racing colors look GOOD, got a black zx-14 and i want it painted lime green i think. as far as the comment, black and green would be the color of your BDU's. i couldnt figure out what color for the zx-12 so i just took the easy way out and did solid chameleon.

Hey Nightmare, Got another one about three weeks ago. Getting ready to order up some more goodies from Brocks. That group of guys are fantastic, I for one appreciate their efforts on the 14. Sure makes my life easier. I bought the last black 06 my dealer had. Considered painting it but it's growing on me fast. What all ya done to the blue one?
