Getting the swingarm off...
Who has pulled their swingarm off? I was looking at it last night and was wondering if i'm going to have to buy that little round castle socket to get the swingarm off. All the bikes i have ever delt with, have had the arms swapped out several times and it's pretty easy to get the nuts off. Not sure if a screwdriver and a hammer is going to do this one....

I am getting ready to pull mine off this weekend. The nut is the same one that is on the zx10. I used a hammer originally on my ten and was unsuccessful, or so I thought. Later that night while at the track I noticed that it had fallen off. I guess I was just one hit away. I got to order not only the socket but also the nut that next week. One thing that made it worth the cost (about $50.00) was knowing that it was tight when I was done putting the other arm on.

you have to order this special tool! I think it costs about 80 bucks and it is on back order.
