Ive been dealing with squeaky front wheel seals for 20 thousand miles now, Ive replaced them, used a bit of grease on them, tried several spray lubes but it always comes back! I bought some dry graphite lube but have not used it yet.. Cold weather riding seems to make it very loud.

Found the permenant fix! I had tried grease, wd40 (wd made the squeak louder after a few hundred miles), new seals, bearings ect. None lasted long before the noise came back. This time I removed the spacers and inspected them, I found that the seal had polished two groves in each spacer, I sanded them with 1500 grit paper to scuff up the glossed over surface to make it look like it did new. Its worked now for a 1000 miles and im very happy!
