no leaks noted during exhaust install at almost 1000 miles

Those cylinders have a a nice crosshatch...Those exhaust ports look like they have a knife edge to them...did you have some work done ?

Damn, I wish the last picture was clearer. The chamber looks like a 12r chamber. They didnt make any changes. What sizes are the valves?

They will if you know what your doing and the service manager knows you know what your doing AND you have built up a good relationship with the service manager.
I do ALL my own warranty work and Kawasaki and Honda have paid for it. The dealership gets paid labor they dont have to do, so they dont mind. I know another guy who does his as well and its a totally different dealership. (ducati)
Its not as rare as you may think.

no work done yet,been waiting to my guy that does heads gets caught up(week out),they are actually knife edged .when i get a second i will post valve size..thanks
