I have seen where it has been armed and didn't shift at all. Maybe that was the electronic module having a malfunction.

Move the toggle switch to the up/off position. In the middle position, the bike should momentarily die, and the bottom position is airshifter on. It just the way the thing works. Call Muzzy's and ask for Murry, he's the expert on it. You might have it wired wrong, it easy to do.

The instructions are very clear, with pictures. Like Rob said, if you have any problems, email murry, or call him, and he can walk you through some of the wiring. It can be intimidating, but don't overthink the instructions. Like I said, call Murry with any problems and he can fix you right up. Its a good kit.

Okay just got off the phone with MR Clean and his nitrous/airshifter combo form muzzy is up and running. I have a few questions though. You know i had to ask him about his hp numbers on the juice. He said he only had 217hp. Now i do not know if its standard hp or sae hp but i do know that is a little low for a 50hp increase. Most of you guys have had your bike dyno anywhere from 168 to 188. I am going to take a medain of 178. At the bare minimum he should be at 228. My stock 2003 12 made 218 with a number 36 jet which was a 50 hp jet from schnitz racing.. He says he has th ebiggest jet provided by muzzy installed which is the number 32 jet. Is this fishy.

At what A/F ratio. If you just slap a nitrous jet on a bike, Hp will vary greatly depending on
fuel type and A/F. Did he pull any timing? What type fuel? Did he add fuel for the spray?
Details man details!
You could run a zx12 with advanced timing with a 34 jet and good gas.
