I just saw this over on Psychobike:

first those are good numbers, but it has 6400.00 spent on the engine. ninjaboys bike has been that fast with a stock motor just stretched long, to me thats more impressive.

Yeah, that was a post telling everyone that Carpenter is in the ZX14 motor now!!!
The 12 is a 4400 kit
The 14 is a 6400 kit, i guess the extra $$$ is for the work on the 1 piece block...

OOHHH my 2000 grand extra just to slip the cases...Damn i need that job ...lol....I wish i got 2000 grand for every case i have ever split ...lol...

Both are impressive, however going quicker and faster mph with shorter wheelbase is tougher to do..

Brocks bike going 9.04 yesterday is more impressive to me, Brock will get that bike into the 8's stock wheel base with no motorwork.
