You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

CR Your absolutely right. I never put the 2 together before. Not anymore. Last ride of the season for her and she blew a corner. Took out the fairing, gauges, ignition, front and rear fenders, and her shoulder. Not sure if there is more yet. Most of the pics were on 10/7 and it was wrecked on 10/8. I guess she wanted a new one more then I thought.

Great post, I always wondered what the other end of I-75 looked like. I may have an op to ride Conn, Mass, NH, Vt later in November. I'm not sure of anything right now. Weather? and Bike? I may take the VFR because I would have to remove the fender of the ZX to put it in the truck and that really takes from the bike. Time will tell.
Great Post again
Rob
PS Yes that really does look like the bike from Purple Rain. Funny didn't it seem more tough in 1985? Maybe it's just me.

Nice pics
You need to get her a newer bike dood.... then you won't ave to wait so much!

oops, didn't realise she went down...
hope your girl is OK.

she will NEED a better handling bike just keep up with a casual pace on the 14...

My wife wants a cruiser, but I'm trying to persuade her towards something sportier...
better handling, better brakes, and a more responsive machine.

An sv650, or a zzr600 ....

Rob Sounds like a great trip for the fall, getting to weathery now. Sun or rain one day, snow the next .

Blue mule I asked her before I got the 14 if she wanted to ride on the back or on her own. (I haven't had a bike for a while till last year. Broken back. It took me a while to have her even think about me getting a bike. Then she was still pissed when I got one. Took me half the season , but I finally got her on it. Then she remembered how much she enjoyed it. She rode on the back the rest of the season.) She said she wanted her own. When we were down around Ann Arbor she rode on the back of the 14 for 2 days and hated it on the second day and opted out on a couple places I went. I can't say I enjoyed it all that much either. We have been working on her abilities all summer with just a couple little instances. She did great in my opinion and we were looking at new bikes the week of her accident. She says she was going to fast for the corner for her abilities and can't wait for next season. Once I figure out how bad the Yamaha is, I will part it or fix it. That will determine what she starts out next season with.

Flyboy Your welcome to dinner, but where did that come from? If you come that far I will hook you up with some grub @ least .

For everybody else she seems to be doing well and says she's a little scared but can't wait till next season. She started out this season wanting a sportster and now has decided she wants something a little more sport/touring w/fuel injection. I will put a couple more pics up fri. or sat. when I have more time.
