680 miles on my bike and it made 204 HP
and 121 TQ today. There was another ZX-14 that consistantly puts down 195 HP and to make sure that the dyno was reading fine, we re-dynoed that bike and it put out the same 195 HP to the tire. My A/F reading was 12.9
I am very pleased with my bike and will keep riding it until I get more break-in miles and change to synthetic oil as well but before I do that, I am going to the track.

93 Octane Amoco
flies out
Brock's SMEG with his custom MAP (the one that he went 200 MPH with)
stretched and lowered
PC III
Custom homemade K&N filter
MY BIKE MADE 204 HP and 121 TQ TODAY ( look at the title of the thread )
The "OTHER" bike made the 195 HP right after they took mine off the dyno

Sounds too good to be true...or a very, very happy Dyno...that's a 36-37 increase over stock on HP and at least 18-20 LB FT of TQ...sorry, that just doesn't make any sense to me...with those mods, you should be at no more than 187/112 or so -- STD

Dyno numbers can be hyperinflated depending on the smoothing of the dyno. It is likley that smoothing was set to 1. Try having the dyno operator set the smoothing to 5 and see how the numbers turn out. Doesn't really matter what the dyno says, we don't race dyno's. As long as the bike is tuned to the best it can be that is all that matters.

LOL.
Yeah we thought that it was a bit high too but the one ZX-14 that dynos at 195 HP either in the summer heat, a week ago and as well today. It made the smae old 195 HP but then mine made 204 consistantly.
Look here at the dyno sheets. The PDF file that says "INFERNO" is the bike that made 195 and of course I am "BRENT" and that is my bikes dyno. There are a few pics as well. My bike is the black one.
