Mano 2- Give us some official numbers
You both were working hard at it, did anyone besides that
Turbo Busa on Spray crack the 200mph barrier?

If you guys want to go drag race next weekend
Temple has an all bike meet on Sat. gates open @ 5:00
I'll be there, I think wheelie is coming down,
plus there are always plenty of Busas to play with

Halvefast-The last time I was at the Temple strip was several years ago. At that time, if your bike ran faster than a certain speed, you could only run the 1/8 mile due to a short stopping area after the 1/4. Do you know if there has been any improvement? I don't know if there is more than one track, but the one I went to was on the southeast side of Temple as I remember.

Same one, the track surface was redone this past year.
It is pretty short, but I have no porblem stopping @ 140
Over 150 would be cause for some corcern,
but we are on modern day sportbikes with real brakes.

Stopping was easy with 2500 feet from 175mph Sunday at the Texas Mile. Even some coastdown time.
At 200mph I bet it would start to get exciting.
At 225mph I bet it would be scary, and at least a full race/panic stop.

Halvefast,
I will try to get it together for the drags somewhere this weekend.
If there is no race in Houston maybe we will see you in Temple.

I didn't see anyone on bikes in the 190's Sunday PM at the Texas Mile. Maybe 1 run.
None of our runs were over 180.

Shawnski,
My buddy has a air shifter on his 14, plus a PC for remapping, etc, so we trailer.
Texas Mile was perfect riding weather and I thought a very scenic, nice facility.
