Glad you got that off your chest. See the pics?....
Sorry, gonna have to wait til March. Go there once/twice a year, so no hurry.
Besides, already have a few things lined up with the ZZR owners group in the rice patties.
More than willing to pick up a few sets for anyone interested. Actually offered FBA a free set, but looks like he lost out on the deal....that's too bad 'cuz I'm a pretty generous dude.

I am game, is there anyway to order them ZX? Doesn't make much sence that you can get all the information but cannot order them. I went to the website listed on one of the packages pictures that you posted. Cannot read it. But part of it is in English so there must be a way to order them.

Waiting till March isn't much of an option for me, that is getting close to the end of the riding season here. It is a perfect 83 out today, no humidity. It is flawless out here right now.

I'm in no rush...now quit being a prick. If you want to believe the website then go right ahead. Like I said, more than happy to pick a set up for anyone interested, I've done it numerous times before for other people. I'm not ordering nothing over the phone or the internet from overseas...been burned once and that was enough. I must see for myself especially if I'm going to commit myself in investing your hard earned money. Besides I don't operate that way. I'll take your money once you've received them.
I should be able to get a 25-30% discount from friends who work in the distribution of JDM performance parts.
Anybody interested in going with me?...$498 RT out of S.F. > Tokyo>S.F.

I always thought that the reason they used tungsten bulbs as high beams was because of the warm up time...but I could be wrong.

On my 14, though I have installed HID's on the lows and highs, I seriously doubt I'll see all 4 fail at one time, but when I travel away from home, I bring spares...but I do that with any bulbs I use...

In any case, I would like to find a solution to the light pattern problem. I have never seen a bike that uses a single adjustment for the lows and highs, till the ZX14 hit the streets. I just don't get it...

BTW, it's not a "large" company...though I wish it was...and yup, we're moving now and I'm installing MH High bay's all over the warehouse.

BTW Fishyman -- we bought a building and installed T5's in the warehouses and all over the offices...now that's some serious shit dude...and cheap on Hydro!

Still no HID for the 14 in the USA?

Well the JDM are out with a ton of 'em in all variations.

Prices range from $250 to $800. The $450 line work great on both hi/low beams.
I got these:
http://page3.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/c150110921

but paid half of what these folks are selling them for. It's great to have connections in Japan. My last trip was a blast! PIcked up the lastest and greatest of Yoshimura cams, throttle bodies, ECU and a butt kickn' JDM full dual ti Yosh system. Nice dyno numbers to boot.

I would've honored fastbusa a free set but seeing what a bad boy he's been, he's undeserving of a free set. I really had an extra set with intentions of GIVING him but I gave to an appreciative local 14 owner...and he loves 'em!
My scab has healed....

They are 10 thumbs up in quality! I love mine.....cheers folks!

carry on...nothing to see here...

Canadian HIDs? -- 3rd world junk - made in Vietnam, Taiwan Cambodia then again, you get what you pay for But hey! If they work...then that's what counts right? - carry on FBA..

Warranty? - no issues on my set - lifetime with free postage no matter where you are in the world Just gotta make sure you send in the warranty registration card.

Anyone who's interested in getting real cool JDM stuff for your 14, just pm me or you can continue to listen to FBA's immature nonsense and be stuck with limited options in really making your 14 stand out. Jealousy is a sign of moral weakness....:milk

Would you mind sending me those Jdm's? I could do an install and review to show everyone what the hi quality lights are like.
