BlackMagic14- the origanal post was regarding the Brock Gen3 making 9 more HP than the MUZZY Std. pipe. If you want the same deal regarding the Brock Meg and the MUZZY meg. I will take that too. I will come to you. If the Brock pipe makes 9 more HP than the MUZZY pipe you get my $1,000.00. If it does not you pay my expenses. I would recommend you test both pipes before you say anymore. I have!!

Guys, clearly, Muzzy's has done their homework...you will lose. If there is only 8.5HP more, you will lose. Rob has made a very straight offer and I doubt he would have backed it up with anything less than proper testing; all these claims of huge gains over his system are very subjective. I'm a big fan of Brock and love his service and product, but Rob's point is very clear. 9HP more or you pay his expenses (nothing less)...so before you all go crazy with the thought of a $1000.00 gain, be sure you can back it up.

That was NOT the origanal post that started this....This was what started it >> ( Far more gain than 1 or 2 hp ... I picked up 3 1/2 mph and a 1.2 tenths in the 1/4 mile ...That's more like a 7 to 9 hp gain ... That is something you can feel ... But you asked about looks of the M10 , i would give it a thumbs up..... Looks cool to me ....)
The test was done at the strip ..Muzzys SS/Oval can Vs Brocks Smeg on the same bike and same drag strip.....The bike pick up 3 1/2 MPH ...I never put the bike on a dyno... I said it felt like it picked up 7 to 9 hp.. The MPH tells the story, Brocks pipe made more MPH and better ETs.....
You guys betting on Dyno numbers is nuts .....Putting both pipes on a Dyno is not going to prove anything because there is NO RAM AIR !! ... Smokin..

I know this is a thread about the M14 exhaust, but I just want to say to Rob that I'm couldn't be happier with my Muzzys sidewinder.
Rob, if you haven't seen my past post, look at the times my bike has put down, stock motor with the sidewinder, right lane....

Mr Muzzy I have never tested mine against a muzzy megaphone that is why I asked if that deal only counts for the Gen 3 I wouldnt mind seeing a nuetral rider take 5 passes on the same bike then switch exhaust and do 5 more passes and see which one wins I think I would put up a little money to see that I think that would solve everything

Muzzy Sidewinder, Naarden Speedlinks, 16-43 gearing, air shifter, flies removed, filter removed, U4, 69" wheelbase, McIntsoh Alumipro arm, catalyst drag seat, stock clutches, stock motor. That pass was with 140 lb rider. My best pass at 205 lbs unsuited was 8.91. Total bike weight with me on it is 730 lbs.

do you all have Attention Deficit Disorder or something? we are talking about muzzys street pipes, not a personal showcase for your bikes and quarter mile times. start a new thread if you want to discuss that kind of stuff.

Well since all the bullshit was getting knee deep, I thought I'd lighten it up a bit. My intent was for Rob to check out my bikes times with his product, as I stated in my first post.
Maybe next time I'll ask for your permission before I post here to make sure its ok with you.

yeah you should ask permission to hijack shit because this thread had started as a conversation between me and bill (zx1kr). someone tried telling me that brocks made 9hp more than muzzys and i called bullshit.
if you want to post your cool little track printout, then start a new thread instead of polluting a good one. ill gladly elaborate in the smackhouse if you need clarification.

I don't know about the 9hp but the Brock's works better for me in the 1/4 by alot, could be brocks maps are dialed in on the track more then the dyno. i would rather see Robmuzzy put ryan on a 14 with a muzzy pipe and stock wheelbase and see how close they come to brocks bike's times, set up the same way. NHRA is over for the year maybe they have time to do that.

9.14 at 2100' above see level (Las Vegas). U4 fuel (Brock uses MR9 which makes more power), standard oil (Brock uses as thin as he can), Muzzy Street Exhaust, Stock Gearing, Stock wheel bearings (Brock uses Ceramic), Stock chain (Brock Uses non-oring)
Give me the fuel, oil, bearings, and chain. I'll go 8.80's in G'ville. (Brock's bike when 9.04)
I don't need to test anything.... I know what is faster....

Hummmm (Anyone Remember this???)
Sounds like a topic discussed just last week.
8sec stk wb 14 should be no problem with a good setup and great riders.
Be it Muzzy or Brock...
Good job Kawasaki
