just did 50 miles sunny ....and 38 degrees in up state newyork no snow or salt on roads yet...did not see anybody out on a bike.could not get temp gauge above 2nd mark on highway.zx1400 loves the cold weather

I ride in whatever weather is out there short of driving rain and if I had windshield wipers on my helmet I'd probably go in the hard rain too. We Southern Californian's can ride almost every day.
Slip and slide is fun.
You do have to clean the bike all the time thou.

i went for little ride on sunday too, temp high was 51 in houston, tx. i did not last long riding, too cold for me and windy.

The weather in Wisconsin right now is about perfect for riding!!!! (if you have a snowmobile.) We got 17 inches of snow here on Friday. I think the bike is done for the season. It was minus 3 degrees at 11pm. The forecast said that it is never going to warm up... ever.
