2 speedo healers ? why again? can't find the old post.
Some were using 2 speedo healers for some reason, can't remember why again?

To feed a good speed to the gauges and the other to tell the computer you were going about 1/10 the speed you were really going to bypass the speed limiter, I believe.

First is installed after the gearbox output tachometer to fool the ECU and de-restrict the bike.
Second is installed on the input to the speedo to re-calibrate it.
