Hi all. New to the site and the 14 My most recent bike was an 05 Trimuph Thruxton. Had it all tricked out. On our annual coast trip to Sea Ranch Ca., I wound up hitting a deer and totalling the thrux. So after my broken wrist, ankle and collar bone heald, I bought a ZX-14. Just brought her home last night.
I thought it was an appropriate move. Heck, on the 14 the dad-gum deer woulda never seen me.
So hello all and I'll be chimin' in from time to time.

I'd Rather Be Roadracing.
She's a black beauty. I've only ridden her from the dealer to my house, all of about 5 miles through town. I'm working all weekend too! Can't wait to get a real feel for her. From what I can tell she's going to be a hellova lot of fun.
Yeah when I was laid up, I was having two wheel fantacies stream through my head. Nice thing about it though is that I got to do a lot of research and reading on a bunch of bikes. Everything for me kept pointing to the 14. So glad I chose it. Can't wait to ride it.

Sittin here drinkin coffee just waitin for the sun to come out so I can take her for my first litle ride before I go to work today. Looking forward to it.

Welcome Frankie. Nice to see another ZX-14 owner in my neck of the woods. (Im in Stockton, CA...close enough LOL). If your bored and looking for something to do come out the Fun Bike drags at Sac raceway on Oct 14th &15th. I'll be there to race my 14 and I believe Bronze Star Racing (another one of us ZX14.com members) will also be there. But, most of all have fun with your new beauty
