Glad you're ok...I know a lot of people that got into trouble with deer...all survived but with busted bones and such...rare to hit them in daylight. You're lucky it wasn't worse, but I cant say the same for the deer!

Damn gaint grass rats. Thousands of years of evoloution an all they have learned is how to jump out in front of speeding motorcycles. They make pretty good sausage though.

Just south of these parts alot of farmland.
They run rampant like mice in heat.
I ended putting bumper made by ali arc on my truck, to stave off the kamakazi's.
Saved my truck several times.
In these parts the real danger is moose.
Glad to hear your alright!

5pyd3r glad your OK and I agree, wear your gear ALWAYS. Got lots of deer around here in CT. Had two black bear run out in front of me two weeks ago. Had to change underwear after that one. Awsome pics you provided. Sorry they had to be taken, but again I'm glad you survived intact.

Glad that everything worked out. A few times I wanted the freedom and ease of riding a real short trip without the gear then thought better of it. I was even doing some parking lot training with the wife one afternoon and didn't want the hassle of strapping the helmet on for a 20 second demo for her until I thought of the possibilites in that 20 seconds. Better safe than sorry.
